As
part of Floyd’s
175th Celebration, the Floyd County
Homecoming and Harvest Festival was held on September 16,
2006. The event is a day to
celebrate Floyd County’s families and agricultural
heritage. A full day is being planned with exhibits, music,
heritage art demonstrations, games, and much more. You will

Last year’s event was a success largely due to the
community’s support both before the event and on the day of
the event. How can you be a part?
Donation
of prizes for County Fair exhibitors – (value $20 - $25) - -
the prizes will be given to high placement winners in fair
categories. We envision that the prizes will relate to the
categories some of which will be garden produce, handicrafts, baked
goods, and photography.
Program
Ads – business card size; $25. The programs will be used as
part of promotion of fair and available the day of the event to all
participants. [Deadline

– [Bronze $26 - $50 - - Silver
$51 - $125 - - Gold $126 and up].
Sponsors will have their names printed both in the program and on
t-shirts that volunteers will be wearing on the day of the
event. We also plan to sell the t-shirts.

– we also are seeking applications from vendors that have a
relationship with agricultural, heritage arts or related businesses,
the fee for vendors is $25.00. [Deadline
